The Frog First Pedal 44 is the perfect bike for 4 to 5 year olds with an average inside leg of 44cm. This is the frog red colour version.
The First Pedal series of bicycles can be used by taller children as a balance bike by removing the pedals, until their confidence improves. The patented cranks set the pedal arms a little more inboard out of the way.
One of the biggest temptations is to buy a bike your child will 'grow into'. However, this is likely to have the opposite effect and put your child off bikes and cycling altogether!
